The Philippines is now an official competing country for the 6th Karaoke World Championships! This year's KWC will be in Lahiti, Finland and the KWCPH is seeking the best possible candidate to represent the Philippines in this global event.
Other competing countries are: Participating Countries: Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Canada, China, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Lebanon, Macao, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA
The elimination round for the KWC Philippine leg will be at the SM South Mall this September 20th. Selected candidates will then progress to the National Finals to be held one week later at the SM Mall of Asia, September 25, 2008. We are sending 1 male and 1 female to Lahiti, Finland this October 23-35. Both winners are to receive round trip fares to Finland, Hotel Accommodations, Pocket money. Winners in the Karaoke World Championships is poised to win over EU 5000 in cash! A recording deal in Finland and Travel back to Finland in the 2009 KWC and more!
